Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

This dress was amazing!! The quality was so much better than I expected and I didn’t realize it was adjustable in the back which was perfect. I was worried about the sizing, but it ended up fitting perfectly. The color also looks exactly like the picture. One of my favorite parts about this dress was how sturdy the top of it was. The material is thick and the top of the neckline has lining going through it to make sure it keeps its shape. Also, there is rubber going along the top to make sure it doesn’t slip down, but I don’t need to worry about it at all because it fits perfectly thanks to the adjustable back. Only issue I had was that all the ruffles on the dress are a bit wrinkled due to being in the box during delivery and I’m not sure how I can get those out without the ruffles losing their shape. Other than that, this dress is perfect and I can’t wait to wear it to prom!

The dress is nice quality and a steal for the price. It’s very long—especially for a short person, so give yourself plenty of time for alterations.

The USPS, however, had this dress being shipped across the nation and back. It arrived locally, on time as promised, but for whatever reason, it was sent to FL and had to make its way back to TN. This put a delay in our alteration timeline. No fault of KissProm.
