We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

I was scared at first cuz i thought it was a scam but it's not! I am obsessed with this dress. I felt like a princess and I got so much compliments 🥹💕 I did have express shipping and it came early! Overall, it's absolutely beautiful I love.
Very beautiful and definitely lives up to the pictures. the sizing is perfect and it fits great, just notice it’s a little tight in the waist area.

After ordering my dress, I came across some questionable reviews saying that shipping didn't match what was advertised, the dresses took longer than expected, the dresses never came, and no responses from customer service, etc. Overall, I had the complete opposite experience, my dress came two days earlier than expected, and after reaching out to customer service with my concerns, I was responded to within a day or two! The dress is beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the picture provided. Overall 10/10 experience!
This dress is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is there. I would purchase from this brand again.
