Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

A prepaid return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label. - For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Dress came in just in time and in great quality! The dress came in just like in pictures and stunning! Love it!
I am 5’7 and this dress was perfect for heels or not . Material was better than I expected, it was double lined and not see though or too thin. You definetly need another person to help with strapping the back but over all I am very happy and will be planing to buy different color for another occasion. Comfortable and flattering for sure.
I will say WOW. Dress looked so nice on my daughter. Very true to size, material and finishing ...... beautiful. I was initially skeptical that I will not get value for my money. The communication is very commendable- they communicated to verify the measurements in other words they do their best to customize the clothe for the customer. They also give feedback on time. Dress also came right on time with no delays.
