We accept returns for standard size dresses within 30 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. If an order includes 2 or more items that are returned, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 30 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).

The Jean Sexy Mermaid V Neck Satin Slit Prom Dress with Hot Stone was better than pictured. This dress has glued rhinestones on it, less than pictured, but my daughter liked it better. The beads are of varying sizes and go from close together at the top, and then dispersed further apart as they go down the dress. Rhe dress itself is a good quality, satin type material with a slight stretch. My daughter said the dress is very comfortable. The dress arrived true to dimensions in the size chart. My daughter is a very small waisted size 0, and 5 foot 8. We did have the waist portion altered slightly so there wasn't a sag by the back zipper. When ordering, Kissprom offered to customize the size if needed, but this would have changed the return policy category to custom and no refund. This dress arrived the 1st day of the timeframe quoted, and in a decent box to maintain the dress during shipping. Overall, I would purchase from KissProm again.
